Return & Exchange Policy (B2B)
At Happy Lona, all items are carefully designed and handmade. Natural variations in stones,
colours and materials are an inherent part of artisanal production and are not considered
defects. These characteristics are not a valid reason for return or credit.
We provide detailed product descriptions, measurements and materials on our B2B
webshop to support accurate purchasing decisions.


Returns & Claims
B2B orders are final once confirmed.
Returns are only accepted in case of a verified production defect.
Any claim must be submitted within 5 working days after receipt of goods, supported by
clear photos.
Approved returns or replacements will be handled in consultation.
Return shipping costs for claims are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is
verified as a production defect.


Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
Natural variations (stone colour, shape, minor irregularities, handmade differences) do not
qualify as defects.
Sale items, custom items and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
Reorders may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
