Shipment

1. Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on stock availability and order
volume.
Estimated transit times:
• Within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Within Europe: 3–7 business days
• Outside Europe: 5–14 business days
Transit times are indicative and may vary based on carrier performance.


2. Shipping Methods
We ship wholesale orders with reliable carriers such as PostNL and DHL, or with an agreed
international partner.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, volume and destination.
Buyers may use their own carrier account upon request.


3. Tracking
All shipments include a tracking code.
Any delays after dispatch fall under the responsibility of the carrier.


4. Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed.
Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are for the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger or palletised wholesale shipments, freight will be quoted separately.


6. Damaged or Missing Items
All shipments are checked carefully before dispatch.
If items arrive damaged or missing:
• Notify us within 5 working days
• Provide clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packing materials and affected
items
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution (replacement, credit or refund for
defective items only).
Damage caused during transit must be reported immediately to the carrier if the parcel
shows visible damage.


7. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete
information provided by the buyer:
• Return shipping and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


8. Import Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, all customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the
responsibility of the buyer.

Payment is made via Mollie:
• iDEAL
• PayPal
• Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
• Bancontact
• Klarna (Pay Later)
Bank transfer is not available.
