Returns

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days and include a clear photo. We’ll provide a suitable solution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty

If an item develops a defect due to a production fault within one month of receiving it, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. This applies even if the piece has been worn, as long as the defect is not due to misuse or wear and tear.

• Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–4 business days.
• Shipping to Europe takes 3–7 business days.
• International delivery takes 5–14 business days.

Each item is carefully packed in a jewelry box, then placed in a protective shipping box.

We ship with PostNL or DHL within the Netherlands, and work with trusted international partners for deliveries abroad.
