Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days and include a clear photo. We’ll provide a suitable solution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty

If an item develops a defect due to a production fault within one month of receiving it, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. This applies even if the piece has been worn, as long as the defect is not due to misuse or wear and tear.

Shipping times

• We process all orders within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–4 business days.
• Shipping to Europe takes 3–7 business days.
• International delivery takes 5–14 business days.

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Packaging and shipping method

Each item is carefully packed in a jewelry box, then placed in a protective shipping box.

We ship with PostNL or DHL within the Netherlands, and work with trusted international partners for deliveries abroad.

• Store it with care,
  Place your pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches and tangling.
• Apply products first,
  Perfume, lotion, and makeup should be applied before wearing your jewelry to protect the metal and stones.
